Reincarnation failure

Reincarnation failure (2016) installation / single-channel sound and video, glass fiber, synthetic fiber / 100 × 65 × 33 cm / 4'30''

About / A character attempts to act in relation with the form it embodies, that of a dog-like hairy creature, growling and panting accordingly. Over the course of a four-minute loop, the creature undergoes a short life journey: it wakes up, barks, wonders, gets excited, fearful, puzzled, and more astute, before finally fading away, only to fade in again to do it all over.
